Day 01: Mysore

Arrival at Mysore ,transfer to the hotel.Later visit Maharaja Palace.Palace is located in the heart of city.Mysore palace is one of the most visited monuments in India.and its one of the largest palace in the country,also known as Amba Vilas palace was the residence of the Wodeyar Maharajas of the Mysore state.Art gallery -the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace houses an excellent collection of ceramics,sandalwood,and ancient musical instruments.St.Philominas church -this imposing Gothic structure with beautiful stained glass windows and lofty towers is a must see.Evening visit Brindavan Garden -The Krishna Raja Sagar Dam after sundown,when musical fountains and colored lights transfirm this place in to a magical fairy land.Return to the hote.

Day 02 Mysore-Coorg

After breakfast depart to Coorg blessed with such natural beatyand fertility.Thick topical forests also call as Scotland of south India.Misty Hills,lush forest,acres and acres of Tea and Coffee plantation,orange groves,undulating streets and breathtaking views are what make Medikeri an unforgettable holiday destination.Enroute visit Golden Temple at Bylakuppe-one of the klargest tibetan settlements in South India.it is known for its monasetries,handicrafts,carpet factories and an incense factory,Dubare Elephant Camp,Cauvery Nisrghadhama teems with lush foliage.thick Bamboo groves,teak and rosewood.

Day 03 coorg-Belur-Halibid Sightseeing-Hassan

 

 

 

 

After breakfast depart to Belur & Halibid Temples.Belur was the capital of the Hoysala Empire.Belur-This quint hemlet is 30 kms from Hassan-is located on the bank of the river Yagachi.The main attraction in Belur is the Chennakesava temple complex.With HAlibid which is only 16 km away ,Here there are two most famous architectural monuments of Hoysala times namely the Kedareshvara temple and the Hoysaleshvara temple.Evening proceed to Hassan.
